Fiona founded Cairn & Co. on a simple belief: real restoration cannot be rushed. Every guest is welcomed into a calm Georgian townhouse and given the time to settle, breathe, and arrive properly before any treatment begins.

Our therapists work intuitively, adapting each session to how you feel in the moment rather than ticking through a script. Treatments draw on Scottish botanicals — sea kelp, heather, highland spring water — combined with the precision of modern skincare science.
