Pick your fight.

— 01 / Beginners Boxing

Start at the start.

No experience required. We teach stance, footwork, the jab, the cross — the things every fighter relies on for the rest of their career. Build slowly, build correctly.

60 minutes · Mon, Wed, Fri

— 02 / Advanced Sparring

Glove up.

Controlled, supervised sparring for experienced members. Headguards, gum shields, real contact. You'll be paired by weight and ability — nobody gets thrown to the wolves.

75 minutes · Tue, Thu

— 03 / Junior Boxing

Under 16s.

For 10 to 16 year-olds. Fundamentals, discipline, respect. No live sparring. Run by Coach Iyana Brown, FA-certified for youth coaching.

60 minutes · Saturday mornings
